carrots, washed and peeled
granulated brown sugar
Slice carrots to desired size.
Place in a sauce pot and boil just until fork tender.
In an iron skillet melt 3-4 tsp butter.
Drain carrots well and add to hot skillet.
Sprinkle in brown sugar a little at a time.
Stir until carrots are coated well.
Saute in skillet about 5 minutes, until
carrots are caramelized.
Serve while hot.
