Kentucky Corn Casserole Recipe

Kentucky Corn Casserole Recipe
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

1 stick butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese
3 16 ounce cans corn, drained
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 cups crushed cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in large saucepan and stir in cream cheese.
Stir until cream cheese melts.
Add corn and chilies
1/4 tsp of each : salt and pepper

Mix well and pour into greased a baking dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over casserole.
Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
