4 medium potatoes, pared and quartered
1 small onion, minced
salt & pepper to taste
enough water to cover potatoes while cooking
2 Tbls butter
4 Tbls sour cream
Place potatoes in a saucepan,
add onions, salt, pepper and water.
simmer until tender
Drain well.
Add butter and sour cream
Cover and shake gently until mixed.
